We understand that business landscapes shift. This Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and reflective of our commitment to your absolute satisfaction.

1. The Tensva Quality Guarantee

We don't just "take orders"—we build solutions. Because our work involves custom engineering, intensive labor, and strategic marketing deployment, we operate under the following principles:

  • Milestone-Based Approvals: For large-scale software and SaaS projects, we break the work into milestones. Your approval of a milestone signifies your satisfaction with the work delivered to that point.
  • The "Make It Right" Promise: If a deliverable does not meet the technical specifications outlined in our initial agreement, we will revise and refine it until it meets our 100% quality standard at no additional cost to you.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We aim for total clarity. Here is how we handle various service categories:

A. Custom Software & SaaS Development

  • Pre-Development: If you cancel a project before any design or coding work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction or administrative fees).
  • In-Progress: If you choose to terminate a project mid-development, you will be billed only for the milestones completed or the hours logged. Any remaining balance from your deposit will be refunded.
  • Post-Delivery: Due to the digital nature of custom code, once a final product is approved and deployed to your server or live environment, refunds are generally not issued. However, we provide a post-launch support period to fix any bugs.

B. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Content) involve immediate resource allocation and third-party costs.

  • Monthly Retainers: You may cancel your marketing subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for the current month’s service once work has commenced, but no further charges will apply.
  • One-Time Setups: Refunds are available if requested before the strategy/setup phase begins.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-Party Costs: Any fees paid to third parties (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees, API subscriptions, or paid ad spend on Google/Meta) are non-refundable as these funds are not held by Tensva.
  • Completed Milestones: Work that has been reviewed and signed off by the client.

4. How to Request a Refund

We’ve made the process straightforward. If you feel a refund is warranted:

  1. Submit a Request: Email hello@tensva.com or use our Contact Form with the subject line Refund Request - [Project Name].
  2. Review Phase: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days to evaluate the project status and deliverables.
  3. Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
